REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR COFFEE EQUIPMENT


Franke Foodservice Systems Inc. has appointed Astra M Group Ltd. as the sole authorized distributor of Franke replacement parts for coffee equipment in Canada.  Starting Tuesday, January 1, 2013, please submit ALL coffee parts orders to Astra M Group Ltd.  Franke will no longer accept coffee parts orders directly from service providers in Canada after the start date above.  Astra’s contact information and ordering guidelines are below:

     Ordering Guidelines:
  1. Place orders by fax or email.
  2. Orders accepted 24/7/365.
  3. Orders placed by 2:30pm EST M-F (excluding holidays) ship same day when parts are in stock.
  4. Orders placed after 2:30pm EST  M-F ship next business day when parts are in stock.
  5. There is a $50/order minimum.

Pricing Stays  "As Is"

Parts pricing will remain the same, as outlined in your service provider agreement. Freight charges will be pre-paid to Astra, which is consistent with the current process. Parts will ship to your site from Astra in Toronto or Montreal. Astra offers expedited next day delivery throughout Canada as an optional service.

Benefits of Local Parts

Having a local source for Franke coffee equipment parts will help to prevent delays through customs when shipping from the US to Canada, and will also help you to ensure that required stock parts are always on your service vehicles and in your warehouse.

Coffee Parts   ONLY

To clarify, ONLY Franke coffee equipment parts must be ordered through Astra M Group Ltd. Please continue to order all other Franke parts directly from Franke Foodservice Systems Inc. through the Technical Services Department, which will remain your primary source for technical support of ALL Franke coffee and food service equipment, at

Order Issues

Going forward, all Franke coffee equipment parts order related issues such as tracking, returns, defective/incorrect/missing parts, or parts invoicing will be handled by Astra M Group Ltd. Even though it may be a Franke part, Astra will be handling ALL issues related to coffee equipment parts in Canada.
