Espresso Machine Field Service Technician:

We are currently hiring experienced Espresso Machine Technicians in our Toronto location.

Responsibilities will include scheduling and execution of PM for all customers, emergency on-site technical support for the GTA and southern Ontario.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronic systems
- Installing new machines in accordance with a fast paced rollout schedule
- Performing preventative maintenance on all machines in your service area
- Covering other service areas as needed
- Basic in store training for owner/operators
- Evaluation of finished product taste and appearance; Latte, Cappuccino, etc
- Some travel, evening, and week-end on call is required
- This is a daily road type position

Qualifications:

- Technical degree or previous electro-mechanical training
- Preferred candidate will have 4-8 years electro-mechanical experience
- Previous field service experience required
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Skilled with the use of test instruments such as multimeters
- Superior customer service skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work independently and organize own activities
- Must also be able to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Valid Driver�s License and an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 80lbs
- Experience in the coffee industry is helpful, but not required
- Travel outside your service area as needed
